Our Story
Wild Thyme Café opened its doors in Braunton in 2006, founded by local Nutritional Therapist Victoria Johnston. Drawing inspiration from years of travel, a love of fresh ingredients, and a belief that good food brings people together, Victoria created the café as a relaxed place for great coffee, homemade food, and friendly conversation.
Since then, we've welcomed locals, surfers, walkers, and visitors looking for everything from a hearty breakfast to a slice of cake and a proper coffee. Our menu focuses on fresh, flavourful food that's made with care, from nourishing lunch bowls to homemade bakes. For the last eight years we've also been roasting our own coffee in-house under our Kope Coffee Roasters brand, so the coffee in your cup has been carefully crafted from bean to brew.
Whether you're stopping by after the beach, catching up with friends, or taking a moment for yourself, you'll always find a warm welcome at Wild Thyme Café.
